Master in Computer Science from UNIRIO (2012). Conducts research with emphasis on Conversational Systems, Evolution of Technologies and Innovation. Has professional experience in the areas of User Experience Design (UX) and User Interface Design (UID), working on projects for web systems and mobile applications.

Mariano Pimentel
PhD in Computer Science from PUC-Rio (2006). He is an adjunct professor at UNIRIO, assigned to the Department of Applied Computer Science. He teaches courses in the Doctorate and Master’s degree in Computer Science, Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and Degree in Pedagogy. His research focuses on the area of ​​Information Systems, investigating the following research themes: Computer-Mediated Conversation, Collaborative Systems and Collaborative Learning. He co-organized the book Sistemas Colaborativos, which won the Jabuti Prize in 2012 in the Technology and Computer Science category.

Hugo Fuks
PhD in Computer Science from Imperial College London (1991). He is currently the Director of the Department of Computer Science at PUC-Rio. His research focuses on Collaborative Systems, of which he was one of the pioneers in Brazilian Computer Science. His main research topics are: Collaborative Learning, Computer-Mediated Conversation, and since 2012, Beauty Technology, Wearable Computing and Tangible Interfaces. He co-organized the book Sistemas Colaborativos, which won the Jabuti Prize in 2012 in the Technologyand Computer Science category.

Mônica Lopes (illustrator)
Master in Design from PUC-Rio and professor in the area. Teaches classes in graphic production, illustration, visual perception among other subjects. Has professional experience in the areas of Graphic Design, Illustration and Distance Education in relation to the development of teaching materials.
